This Weekend - June 21st and 22nd

Saturday, June 21st, will be an exciting day for our church family as we meet our prospective Pastor and his family.

Saturday's Schedule:

10:30 - 12:00 Noon
Prospective Pastor meets with the Deacons and Church Council in the Chapel

12:00 - 1:30 pm       
Prospective Pastor and wife have lunch with Senior Adults in Fellowship Hall

1:30 - 3:30 pm
Prospective Pastor will have 15 minute appointments available in the Pastor's office (These must be scheduled/confirmed ahead of time through the church office.)

5:00 - 5:45 pm         
Prospective Pastor meets with Youth, Parents, Adult Leadership Team in the Youth Area

5:45 - 6:45 pm        
Church-wide Supper in Fellowship Hall

Please bring two covered dishes (one vegetable and one with meat) per family for potluck supper.  (no desserts, please)

7:00 - 8:30 pm
Open Question and Answer Time in Fellowship Hall
(written questions, please)

Sunday, June 22 at 10:30 am

Dr. Mike Miller (Prospective Pastor) preaches and church votes in Special Business Session immediately after the service by secret ballot with no discussion. Results of vote will be announced immediately. (Church members must be present to vote.)
